The 8 Inch PFA Cassette, also known as a Teflon Cassette, is designed for semiconductor wet processes involving strong acids and alkaline chemicals. Engineered for cleanroom environments, this PFA cassette provides stable wafer support and reliable performance in harsh chemical conditions.

Manufactured from high-grade PFA material, the Teflon cassette TJF-A8 withstands temperatures up to 200–220°C. It offers strong resistance to hydrofluoric acid (HF), concentrated acids, and strong alkaline solutions, helping protect wafer integrity during chemical processing and transfer. - Optional Ergonomic Handle Design
Available with Teflon handles or the optional M-shaped handle (TJF-A8-M) for safer and more convenient wafer loading and unloading. - Customizable & Traceable Solution
