The TJP-12 12 Inch Wafer Stack Box, also known as a Wafer Storage Box or Pizza Box, is designed for secure horizontal wafer storage and transport in semiconductor cleanroom environments. Manufactured from durable PP material with ESD (anti-static) protection, this wafer stack box helps prevent electrostatic discharge and reduce particle contamination during handling and logistics.
Its stackable design supports efficient space utilization, making it suitable for organized wafer storage in production areas and warehouse operations.
Enhanced Wafer Protection
The interior can be combined with Tyvek paper or anti-static EPE foam to reduce collision and friction between wafers. Optional wafer spacer materials are available to maintain stable positioning and orderly storage.
