The 6 Inch Wafer Stack Box, also known as a Wafer Storage Box or Pizza Box, is designed for safe horizontal wafer storage and transport in semiconductor cleanroom environments. Made from durable PP material with ESD (anti-static) protection, this wafer stack box helps prevent electrostatic discharge and reduce particle contamination during handling and logistics.
Its stackable structure enables efficient space utilization, making it ideal for organized wafer storage in production and warehouse settings.
Enhanced Wafer Protection
The interior can be paired with Tyvek paper or anti-static EPE foam to further minimize collision and friction between wafers. Optional wafer spacer materials are available to ensure stable alignment and orderly storage.
